Position: Accounting Manager

Reporting to: HOD, Finance

Job Summary:

The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the construction and fabricating plant, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control. The role requires strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of construction accounting principles, and expertise in managing project costs, financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and oversee financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting records for all transactions related to construction and fabrication projects.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring costs align with financial plans.
• Analyze job costing, material costs, labor expenses, and overhead to optimize financial efficiency.
• Work closely with project managers to track expenses, prevent cost overruns, and ensure profitability.
• Oversee vendor payments, subcontractor invoices, and purchase order processing.
• Manage billing and collections to ensure timely receipt of payments from clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (B. Com or equivalent). CPA is an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience (preferably in construction or manufacturing).
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of accounting and corporate finance
• Financial reporting and analysis skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Confidentiality and integrity
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software

Position : Junior Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a great role for someone starting their career who wants to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment. You will support the team by creating simple visuals and assisting with design updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Create basic graphics for social media, websites, and internal documents.
• To Support Senior Designer and team
• Edit and resize images as needed.
• Assist in updating existing design templates.
• Work closely with the team to ensure all designs align with our brand.

Requirements

• Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• An eye for detail and a basic understanding of layout and color.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio or samples of work (can include school projects or personal practice).
