Site Engineer

• Oversee daily site activities and ensure construction progress aligns with project schedules.
• Supervise on-site operations, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Inspect construction work for compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Track project progress and address delays or issues promptly.
• Attend site meetings and report updates, challenges, and solutions.
• Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure regulations are followed.
• Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
• Arrange material requisitions and submit sub-contractor progress reports on time.
• Ensure project handover meets quality standards and maintains good client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in site engineering, construction management, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software
• Excellent organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
